Alessandro Maria Iachino has more than 15 years of experience in management consultancy in multinational contexts, particularly on finance processes in automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, chemical, corporate finance, food&beverage sectors.
He worked as consultant for Ernst&Young, KMPG, Booz&Company and Business Integration Partners on business process reengineering projects, both nationally and internationally.
He has been involved in different projects, with focus on analysis and process reengineering, also as preliminary step for ERP implementation and he took part in restructuring projects with the aim of improving the accounting model and control.
A significant part of these projects was related to feasibility studies or business cases for gaining efficiency by the adoption of an integrated management system or by merging processes of different legal entities belonging to the same group.
Between 2010 and 2012 worked as Deputy CFO for a company in automotive sector near Turin, developing business plans and supporting potential investors in the due diligence phase. He contributed to the organization of the finance department and realized the Tableau de Bord for the Board of Directors and the statutory reporting.
In 2012 worked as advisor for an italian chemical company at Italian Venture Forum, and developed the expansion plan to open the indian branch of a food&beverage company.
In 2013 supported two italian companies in their internationalization process in USA and Brazil, with reference to finance, fiscal and logistic aspects.
Alessandro graduated in Economics at Turin University and earned an Executive MBA at ALMA Graduate School in Bologna in 2011. He speaks English and French.
