Guido Nicola (54), founder of VVR, CEO of SPII spa, formerly Executive Member (CRO) of the Board of SADA Group and of Cortem Group, Partner Vice President of Bain & Company Italy from 1989 to 2005 .
Previously he worked as an Associate with McKinsey & Company in Milan and as a Project Engineer in Tecnimont, Montedison Engineering Company.
Guido’s experience is based on 20 years of continuous involvement in major assignments in large multinationals, in international and Italian companies with focus on industrial and service sectors.
He has led complex financial and industrial development and restructuring projects. His expertise ranges from entire group reorganizations, operation improvement, cost reduction to financial restructuring and large credit facility negotiations. Guido earned an MBA with distinction from Bocconi University in Milan (1987) and graduated with honors in Chemical Engineering at Politecnico of Milan (1983). Guido also taught Innovation Management in the MBA Program at LUISS University in Rome. He is a member of the Turnaround Management Association (Italian Chapter) and speaks Italian, English, French and Spanish
